My Past Experiences on Guilds

I have been in many guilds before I have enjoyed my time in some and I have even felt lonely in some. It never matter how many members are there in a guild for you to enjoy it what matters is how well you know them. Some guild recruit members so fast that many of the members don't know each other and hence the guild becomes boring and the guild chat becomes a spam of PVL PLZ or S> XXX things. I don't want this thing to happen to this guild so we would be taking slow steps knowing each other. I will also be removing some members from time to time who are annoying or are here just for Marketing Stuff.

One more thing I have seen is that if the Guild Leader has a problem with certain player in the game they kill them and eventually enemy their guild. Due to one person's problem and ego the whole guild has a new enemy and everyone has to deal with it. I find this totally stupid a Guild Leader should take mature decisions which are to protect thier guildies not to put them in danger. I assure things like this will never happened in this guild, as I said the guild is Ours not belongs to a single person. I will try to keep the guild enemy free and conflict free.

This guild is aimed so that we can know each other well as well as work and enjoy with each other. All in all I want to keep this guild a bit exclusive and full of nice people.
